Intel UHD Graphics 610

Bug description
Sometimes, weird colored lines appears on the screen, with screen tearing. If they appear randomly, they go away after a few seconds. If I put my laptop in sleep mode, then turn it back on, they have a chance of appearing. In this case, you have to interact with anything with the mouse to get rid of it. I had this issue since 21.3, but this was my first version so I don't know if this as always been a problem or not.
I put of short video of the issue here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s27VJ6cm7cd2nUsU8G9oaWBhEDgYi5kh/view?usp=drivesdk
Steps to reproduce
a) 1. Just wait, they can appear at any moment
b) 1. Put the device in sleep mode
2. Turn it back on
3. Login without touching the mouse
4. And now they have a "chance" of appearing
Expected behavior
I thought that nothing would happen by login without using the mouse, or even nothing at all. If worked fine before.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. First reproduce the colored lines and tearing on Mint 22.1 with Cinnamon 6.4.6 and Intel UHD Graphics 610, especially across sleep and wake; done means identifying a reliable cause and confirming that the artifacts no longer appear.
