Bug description
When you try to pause, play, skip, etc. while no media is playing, the OSD will appear to indicate that no media is playing, and there appears to be slightly too much padding on the right side, visible in the screenshot below:
Steps to reproduce
- Ensure there is no media player currently open
- Press pause, play, next track, or prev. track to prompt the OSD to appear, notifying you that there is no media playing
Expected behavior
OSD appears symmetrical
Additional information
OSD has extra padding on right side, causing it to be off-centered slightly toward the left

Research direction
Start by reproducing the media-key OSD on Linux Mint Cinnamon with no media player open, using the listed pause, play, next-track, or previous-track actions. Locate the implementation responsible for this no-media OSD and verify the result is horizontally symmetrical and no longer shifted left.
