Bug description
I'm using a small laptop with a removable keyboard that functions like a tablet. I configured the on-screen keyboard, but it's overlapping the Start menu, making it impossible to see the icons or make a selection.
Steps to reproduce
Just click bottom left mint icon - start menu or use Windows key on physical keyboard.
Expected behavior
Keyboard behavior like on android device.

Research direction
Reproduce on Mint 22.1 Cinnamon by opening the Start menu while the on-screen keyboard is configured and visible. Inspect the interaction between the keyboard and Start menu; done means the menu remains visible and its icons can be selected without the keyboard overlapping it.
