LM22.1 will not accept password when waking up and switching user

Bug description

I press the spacebar and the system comes back from sleep and I see my normal lock screen but I clicked on the switch user icon and then selected my user. After entering my password that is accepted, it then blanked the screen and popped up an authentication box and that dialog would not accept my password. I just had to hit reset on the PC.

Compare the authentication flow with the listed conversation failures; done means switching users after resume accepts the password and reaches the desktop without requiring a reset.
