Bug description
I use +scroll to zoom in/out to see more detail. When I do that on my secondary screen, the zoomed in view is shown on my primary screen.
Steps to reproduce
- start a Cinnamon session on a 2-screen computer
- move the mouse cursor to the secondary screen
- use +scroll forward to zoom in
The zoomed in view of the content on the secondary screen is shown on the primary screen.
Expected behavior
The zoomed in view of the content on the secondary screen should be shown on the secondary screen.
Additional information
Notes:
- I'm not sure if this happens often or always
- if I zoom in on the primary screen, the zoomed in content is (correctly) shown on the primary screen

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in a Cinnamon session with two monitors, using Alt+scroll while the pointer is on the secondary screen. Trace the zoom handling and monitor selection; done means zoomed content remains on the monitor containing the pointer, while primary-screen zooming still works correctly.
