Bug description
If a window is full screen and the mouse is on the right side of the window scroll behavior stops working in Brave or Nemo. This seems to require the system to be up for a couple days before the issue occurs. I believe this is an issue with Cinnamon and not something else on the system
Steps to reproduce
- Boot up Cinnamon
- Open a few scrollable windows
- Check back in two days to a week.
Expected behavior
Window scrolls.
Additional information
There is a workaround involving restarting the system.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Cinnamon with a full-screen window over a desklet, using Brave or Nemo on the described Arch Linux and NVIDIA setup. Check whether scrolling stops only on the window's right side after extended uptime; done means scrolling remains functional without restarting the system.
