Bug description
Linux Mint doesn't work with a number of pro audio apps, e.g. Presonus StudioOne. These apps fight for audio control with pipewire and they produce no sound. Pipewire-jack is installed, and pipewire-pulse too.
When I use the audio driver ALSA, there's only a screeching sound coming out. When I change to jackd, the apps are fighting with pipewire (that's what the app error messages say), and they produce no audio.
This is fixed only after installing the ubuntustudio-pipewire-config package from the official ubuntu repo. Whatever the ubuntustudio guys are doing is fixing these issues, which leads me to believe that the pipewire configuration on the default Mint is not ideal.
Steps to reproduce
Download the Presonus StudioOne demo file from their website. It installs without issues (requires wayland btw).
Expected behavior
To have audio output.

Research direction
No project file or test entry point is identified. Reproduce on Linux Mint 22 with Presonus StudioOne using the default PipeWire setup, then compare it with the ubuntustudio-pipewire-config package; done means professional audio apps produce audio without screeching or PipeWire conflicts.
