Bug description
I have a strange behaviour with grouped-window-list:
When Telegram app is running, and I start OnlyOffice app (both flatpak), OnlyOffice appear as a Telegram second instance.
Steps to reproduce
Start Telegram Flatpak app,
Start OnlyOffice Flatpak app
OnlyOffice App will be displayed like a second telegram instance
Expected behavior
OnlyOffice app should have its own icon.

Research direction
Start by locating the grouped-window-list implementation in Cinnamon and reproduce the issue with Telegram and OnlyOffice installed as Flatpaks on LMDE 6 Faye. Trace how each application's window is assigned to an app group, then verify that OnlyOffice receives its own icon rather than joining Telegram's group.
