After upgrading to Mint 22 flickering appears on my Lenovo Thinkpad T470s

After a brand new install of Mint 22 problem occur again.
After a brand new install of LMDE 6 problem has not occured in last 3 days.

In Mint 23.1 I haven't had the flickerings...

Steps to reproduce

mainly using firefox, thunderbird and ferdium... but I have all three sw open!!!

My mainly used packages:
thunderbird, firefox, ferdium (flatpak), libreoffice, wine (latest stable from winehq repositories), libhamlib, QLog (flatpak), direwolf, wsjtx, chirp.

Same package installed in Mint 23.1, Mint 22 and LMDE 6.

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the flickering on Mint 22 under X11 with the listed Intel i915 hardware and applications, recording the outputs of the provided session-type and video-device commands. Done is not defined because the report does not state an expected behavior or a specific fix to verify.
