Description
Even when simply typing "winecfg" in terminal the window that's being displayed (and any other Wine window) has a system cursor that is a little bit smaller when compared to system used size. I remember this also being an issue in previous versions of Mint, mostly with Qt apps, maybe it's a similar scenario. I tried to capture a screenshot showing the difference, it's hardly seen but it's there. A potential solution I found online which works for me is to set a XCURSOR_SIZE value in etc/environment file.

Research direction
Reproduce the mismatch by launching winecfg from a terminal and comparing its cursor with the system size. Check how cursor sizing and the XCURSOR_SIZE workaround in /etc/environment affect Wine windows. Done means Wine windows use the system cursor size without requiring that environment setting.
