Bug description

Cinnamon features a built-in screen recorder, but there's no obvious way to start it from the menu. I randomly found it in the keyboard settings as a keybinding: Shift + Ctrl + Alt + R. Alright, a red dot pops up in the taskbar. And then, after stopping the record by pressing the keybinding again...there's no notification where it is saved. Alright, it is in my Videos folder. But 1. there's no notification about that 2. the feature is so hidden...I have been using simplescreenrecorder and now I found out there is such a simple solution (if you don't need simplescreenrecorder's advanced features).
