Bug description

When pinning Clementine to the panel I get a duplicate icon once I click the icon to start up the program.

Running Cinnamon 6.0.4

This image shows only the one icon for Clementine - It is the Orange Segment
Clementine pinned 1

This image shows the extra icon for Clementine - It is the Orange Segment on the right hand end.
Clementine pinned 2

Steps to reproduce

Pin Clementine and click the pinned icon.

Expected behavior

Only the one Clementine icon should show on the panel.

Additional information

This does not occur on Linux Mint 21.3.
Is this because there is something "missing" from the Ubuntu version of Mint that should be in LMDE?
Clementine is a KDE based application, could that be the issue?

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. Start by reproducing the issue on LMDE 6 with Cinnamon 6.0.4 by pinning and launching Clementine, then compare the behavior with Linux Mint 21.3; done means launching the pinned application leaves only one Clementine icon on the panel.
