Bug description

I cannot use the key shortcut Ctrl+Alt+H in Intellij IDEA.
I do not find the key shortcut in Linux Mint Keyboard settings.
I remember in Linux Mint 20, I can unassign the key shortcut in Keyboard settings.

Steps to reproduce
  1. open Intellij IDEA
  2. select a method
  3. Ctrl+Alt+H
Expected behavior

Intellij IDEA should receive the key shortcut.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the issue in Linux Mint 21.1 with Cinnamon 5.6.8: open IntelliJ IDEA, select a method, and press Ctrl+Alt+H, then inspect Cinnamon's keyboard-shortcut handling for that combination. Done means IntelliJ IDEA receives the shortcut instead of Cinnamon intercepting it.
