Mint 21 Vanessa 64 bit, Cinnamon 5.4.12
issue
In Startup Applications window (menu Preferences -> Startup-applications) in the lower part the button Run now doesn't run the command selected
Steps to reproduce
- Make new application to set volume at login at desired value, e. g. 40 %, using command
pactl set-sink-volume 0 40% - Select this application
- press "Run now" key
- volume is reduced to 0 %

Expected behaviour
Volume set to 40 %
Note that logout then login set volume to 40 % then application works.
