[BUG] Desktop background flashes for a moment, whenever a new window on Chrome or any Chromium based browser is opened.

When I open a new window or incognito window in Chrome or any other Chromium based browser, the desktop background flashes for a moment. However this does not happen with Firefox.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Google Chrome
2. Launch it
3. Click on 3 dots in top right corner and click on "New Window" option or "New Incognito Window" option.

Expected behaviour

Opening a new window should be smooth and normal without any background flash.

No source file or test is identified in the issue. First reproduce the flash on Cinnamon 5.2.7 with Chrome or another Chromium-based browser, then compare it with Firefox and inspect the desktop window-management behavior involved. Done means new Chromium windows open without briefly revealing the desktop background.
