Description
* Cinnamon 5.4.2
* Distribution - Manjaro
* AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Mesa drivers
* 64 bit
* Xsession errors is attached.
Issue
Fractional scaling sometimes resets to 200% instead of 125%, inside the Cinnamon desktop, when suspending. The login screen seems to always be at 200%. So it would seem that xrandr is only being used inside Cinnamon proper.
Steps to reproduce
The issue is intermittent and cannot always be reproduced. But if you use a screen with fractional scaling long enough, you will notice it at some point.
Expected behaviour
Scaling should stay at 125%.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the attached Xsession-errors.txt and reproducing the issue on Cinnamon 5.4.2 with 125% fractional scaling on Manjaro. Trace what changes during suspend and resume, including the login screen's 200% scaling. Done means the selected 125% scaling remains after suspend and resume, including at the login screen.
