Issue
I have ~15 Nemo windows open on my desktop right now, and I want to close all of them, but just them, using the panel.
Steps to reproduce
Open many Nemo windows and some other windows.
Expected behaviour
When I right-click one of the Nemo window tabs/buttons on the panel, I should have an option to close all windows of the same app, or of the same kind etc. At the very least - for apps which cinnamon "knows" about, like the file manager, but hopefully - with no restrictions.
Configuration info, if applicable
Using, basically, the default configuration in Debian/Devuan.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the panel's window-list context menu and the logic that groups windows by application; done means the menu can close all windows of the selected kind without closing unrelated windows.
