Description
There seems to be a bug/hole in Workspaces or Cinnamon desktop.
I have 3 monitors/displays on my computer. When using any app (ie LiberWolf Browser, Files, etc.) on the default display, with the right click/window title bar option, "Always on Visible Workspace", the app functions correctly, only visible on that workspace. However when that window is moved to any other display, it suddenly appears on every workspace. It also appears on the workspace switcher in all 4 workspaces. When I drag it back onto the default monitor the echos on the other 3 workspaces disappear.
Additionally when using any app on the default display, the right click/window title bar options, "Always on Visible Workspace", "Only on This Workspace" and other setting are available. However if the app window is moved to either of the other displays those settings are not available. When moved back to the default display, they are now available again.
Let me know if you need any additional information. Hopefully there is a fix. This bug pretty much negates the advantages of using multiple workspaces.
My computer is:
LMDE 6 Faye
Cinnamon 6.4.8
Linux 6.1.0-41-amd64
Intel Core i&-3770 @ 3.40gz x4
15.6 g ram
Nvidia GK104 (GTX 580)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported behavior with three displays, four workspaces, and the listed Cinnamon, Linux, and GPU environment. Trace the desktop's workspace and window-management handling for windows moved between displays. Done means workspace visibility remains correct and the workspace-related title-bar options remain available on every display.
