Add Beider-Morse + Daitch-Mokotoff algorithm

A refinement of Soundex tuned for Slavic and Yiddish names. Ranallo becomes 968800

**Beider-Morse**
Similar to Soundex but designed to be language independent and more generic with a lower false positive hit rate.
