Description
My USB Wi‑Fi adapter isn't working properly, so I want to change the xHCI Hand‑off, eHCI Hand‑off, USB transfer time‑out, Device reset time‑out, Device power‑up delay, and Device power‑up delay in seconds settings to see if that fixes it.
I wanted to know whether those settings can be changed after installation on Heads.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by checking how Heads exposes or configures BIOS and USB-related settings after installation, focusing on the listed xHCI, eHCI, timeout, reset, and power-up options. Done means establishing whether these settings are changeable on Heads and documenting the supported path or the implementation scope.
