Description

Mostly from what I found while filing a PR to add a guide for the X280.
Lifted from that PR:
> https://osresearch.net/Contributing-to-Heads-wiki/#testing-changes-on-github points to https://pmarsceill.github.io/just-the-docs/ which seems like a broken link to me (404).
> https://github.com/just-the-docs/just-the-docs might be a better link? The command gem install just-the-docs seems to work <- I have it setup in my browser now, so its just that link.

There may be more broken links, I have not gone through every single one.

Some other minor gripes:

No clear place for donations, but that is tied with [this issue](https://github.com/linuxboot/heads/issues/2195).

The flashing guides for each board vary a fair bit, and I feel the T480s has a good layout.

Also the documentation for opening a github page seems to be a bit off? Or just unclear. (History of RTFM issues so I may just be missing something)
I have only had it work when I remove/rename the `CNAME` file, which is probably not intended. <- I got this working for now, but I don't know how. I have done nothing new or different. I cannot reproduce this at will
