Force fiano to read file with overlapping regions

Description
Hi, I have been trying to use fiano for automated DXE injection however both of my test firmwares has classic IFD bug with overlapping BIOS region ([example](https://doc.coreboot.org/mainboard/gigabyte/ga-h61m-s2pv.html#notes-about-the-original-firmware))
Manual editing with now unsupported [UEFITool v0.28](https://github.com/LongSoft/UEFITool/releases/tag/0.28.0) is working
Is there any way to force fiano work with such firmwares?
