Description

Right now the headers are direct binary dumps. We may want to only leave the relevant items when we dump to json. There's a lot of stuff that's not necessary, like the 3 byte sizes and the checksums.

Research direction

Start by locating the code that dumps firmware struct headers to JSON and inspect how the header fields are selected. Determine which items are relevant to retain, excluding the unnecessary 3-byte sizes and checksums described in the issue; done means the JSON output is more readable without those fields.
