Description

We need to create a install script to automate the process of installation for clients. I think it needs to be written in python for now. this will allow cross platform support as apposed to bash. However consideration should be made if we add C++ client support.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First clarify which clients and operating systems the installer must support, whether C++ support is in scope, and the expected installation steps. Done should be a defined cross-platform client installation process implemented in Python.
