Description
The key reason for this website is to showcase the osmnx python library. For that reason we need to create a django app that takes in different forms of location data and can return a svg of the streets for that area. Focus should be made for returning svg for now, and maybe in the future expand to the other formats that are exportable from the osmnx lib.

Research direction
Start by reading the proposed Django app scope and the osmnx library's SVG export capabilities. Define how the app will accept the different forms of location data and verify that a request returns an SVG of the streets for the selected area; the issue does not name files or tests to run.
