Can't disable/change Deny Lists in ArgoCD

In Otomi 2.11.5, the way that ArgoCD projects are set up prevents the user (team-admin) user from being able to change any of the Cluster/Namespace resource Deny Lists.

Is there any way to override this? Since `appprojects.argoproj.io` CRDs are bootstrapped by the otomi-cli there is no user adjustable way to change this.

Is this fixed in 3.0.0?
