Description
Uniform files must have "one source of truth" (Scripts repository) and every organization repository must have this repository as submodule and symlinks to uniform files.
Uniform files:
- [ ] .gitignore
- [ ] .clangformat
- [ ] .editorconfig
Every day workflow must be triggered and update submodule if Scripts repository is updated.
[schedule](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/events-that-trigger-workflows#schedule) trigger must be used to check if files are fresh.

Research direction
Start with the listed uniform files—.gitignore, .clangformat, and .editorconfig—and the linked GitHub Actions schedule documentation. Define the workflow so organization repositories use the Scripts repository as a submodule, expose those files through symlinks, and check daily for updates; done means the submodule and symlinks stay fresh after an update.
