Pay reward to all users with open-source projects

Each open-source project that will become a user of Doublets will receive 55 RUB (or it's equivalent) from us.

Conditions:

1. Project license is GPL-compatible;
2. The project is published on GitHub;
3. The project repository has more than 5 stars;
4. The repository is created before 2021-10-15;
5. The request to receive a reward is posted here.

Referral program is also enabled. If a request contains the GitHub username of the user that gave a recommendation, that user will also receive 55 RUB.

P.S.
The project must do something useful. It must be unique (no duplicates). Project must use [Doublets](https://github.com/linksplatform/Data.Doublets) in its default branch.

In other words: play fair, please.
