Description
### What problem are you trying to solve?
From https://linkerd.io/2.14/tasks/using-ingress/ , we can find some tutorials to deploy different ingress proxies next to Linkerd. Apisix (https://github.com/apache/apisix) is not present but it is a popular ingress proxy. It may be nice to add a small tutorial to deploy it correctly.
I can possibly work on it if necessary

Research direction
Start with the ingress documentation page at https://linkerd.io/2.14/tasks/using-ingress/ and review its existing proxy tutorials. Use the linked Apache APISIX project as the reference for the integration details, then add a small APISIX tutorial to that documentation page and verify the resulting instructions are complete.
