Description
https://linkerd.io/2.12/tasks/generate-certificates/ states: ""All certificates must use the ECDSA P-256 algorithm which is the default for step." This is out of date as RSA is now supported per https://linkerd.io/2022/08/24/announcing-augusts-linkerd-hero/

Research direction
Open the generate-certificates page linked in the issue and compare its certificate requirements with the August 2022 announcement linked there. Update the statement so it accurately reflects RSA support and the ECDSA P-256 default, then verify the rendered documentation page.
