Description
changing the orientation with `TestButler.setRotation` doesn't
```
// landscape
TestButler.setRotation(Surface.ROTATION_90);
// Thread.sleep(5000); <-- this will fix it
isLandscapeLayoutVisible(); <-- this will fail if no Thread.sleep is placed after setRotation
// portrait
TestButler.setRotation(Surface.ROTATION_0);
```

Research direction
Read the implementation of TestButler.setRotation and the code behind isLandscapeLayoutVisible; reproduce the sequence using Surface.ROTATION_90 and Surface.ROTATION_0 without Thread.sleep. Done means the landscape and portrait checks pass without a delay.
