Description

What I have:

```
folders = service.folder().find_folder(parent_id='calendar')
for folder in folders:
print folder.display_name, folder.id
```

returns:
Local-calendar-1 XYZXYZ...=
Local-calendar-2 YZAYZA...=

What I want:
Local-calendar-1 XYZXYZ...=
Local-calendar-2 YZAYZA...=
Shared-calendar ZABZAB...=

With OutlookSpy I get an EntryID in hex, but its shorter than the pyexchange IDs (base64). I converted via:

```
''.decode('hex').encode('base64')
```

Research direction

Start with service.folder().find_folder(parent_id='calendar') and compare the returned folders with the shared calendar shown in OutlookSpy. Read the pyexchange folder and ID handling around this entry point, using the reported EntryID conversion as context. Done means the shared calendar is returned with an ID in the format expected by pyexchange.
