Description
It would be more idiomatic with Spark for us to remove all ownership of RDDs and Dataframes from the core Photon-ML code, transforming it into a pipeline of transforms on a RDD/Dataframe loaded by the client and provided to the API.

Research direction
Start by mapping where the core Photon-ML APIs load or own RDDs and DataFrames, then identify the boundary where the client provides them. Done means the core code operates as transforms on client-provided Spark inputs without owning their loading; validate the affected Spark workflows.
