Description
It would help the development of Photon if we made an IntelliJ IDEA Code Style Scheme following the [Spark](https://github.com/databricks/scala-style-guide) and [Scala ](http://docs.scala-lang.org/style/)style guides available (Spark taking priority over Scala).
It would accelerate the pace of PR reviews and take care of most nit-pick issues.
