I tried this package to detect the cyclical time series data but got the anomaly points for every T time period.

Any better algorithm to crack it?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the reported behavior with cyclical time-series data and inspect the anomaly-detection algorithm used by luminol. Done would require an agreed algorithm or behavior for cyclical fluctuations, followed by tests demonstrating the expected anomaly points.
