Description
kafka-protocol uses only version zero for the different commands. Even on entering help it shows only the v0 commands. Although kafka-protocols has got support for other api_verions too. However only v0 classes are loaded and others are ignored.

Research direction
Start by tracing how kafka-protocol loads command classes and how the help output selects API versions; the issue identifies v0 loading while other supported versions are ignored. Done means help and the different commands expose the supported API versions rather than only v0.
