Description
Using ruby sass + compass and compass import once,
I sometimes had to append an exclamation mark (!) to the path to override import once.
So for having a legacy project compatible with eyeglass/libsass out of the box,
it would be helpful when eyeglass import at least tolerates
the exclamation mark at end of @imported path.
Thinking about it, may it be an useful feature to allow overriding
the import once using an exclamation mark?
Like looping over an @import or for some edge cases?

Research direction
Start by tracing Eyeglass's import-once handling and compare the requested trailing exclamation-mark syntax with Ruby Sass and Compass behavior. Clarify the expected result for repeated imports and edge cases, then add tests covering forced imports and normal import-once behavior.
