Eyeglass with only custom functions?

I was creating my first eyeglass module, but wasn't able make it work without adding a empty sass file. Currently my module only needs a `*.js` file for adding a custom function.

Is there a setting to exclude the need of a `*.scss` file?

No repository files or tests are named. Start at Eyeglass module discovery and compare modules containing only a *.js file with those that include a *.scss file; done means a custom function works without an empty Sass file.
