Unable to apply filters while search for a profile

when we click on any of the profile filters such as location, and current company the drop-down menu does not accepting the values and automatically getting closed.

Start by reproducing the profile search behavior described in the issue: select the location or current company filter and try to enter a value. Trace the profile-filter UI entry point and verify that the dropdown accepts the value and remains open long enough to apply it; no file or test is named in the report.
