Research direction

Start by inspecting the 0.6.3 package and the reported module, liger_kernel.transformers.model.loss_utils, to verify whether unpack_cross_entropy_result is absent from the published source. Compare the installed package with the repository version and determine the exact release or packaging discrepancy; the issue is done when the missing symbol's availability is explained and the reported installation behavior is resolved.
