Description
We have two kafka clusters kafkaA and kafkaB. kafkaA will be used by TeamA and kafkaB will be used by TeamB.
I added KafkaA and KafkaB to Burrow, and they are reflected fine. However, we want to send emails to TeamA for the lag found on KafkaA and to TeamB for the lag found on the KafkaB server. Is it possible? Please share if this is feasible.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating Burrow's Kafka-cluster and email-notification configuration, then determine whether alerts can be routed by cluster; done requires a documented feasibility result and, if feasible, a defined implementation scope.
