Description
Is it possible to use the HTTP endpoints on consumer groups that include forward slashes in the name? I tried to URL encode the slash but receieved an invalid request error. Other consumer groups that don't have slashes work.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the invalid request through the HTTP endpoints using a consumer group name containing a forward slash and compare it with a name without one. Inspect the HTTP consumer-group endpoint handling and determine whether encoded slashes can be supported; done when the behavior is handled consistently or the limitation is clearly documented.
