email certificate error

hello, my burrow version is v1.2.2,it can not send a notify email because of the warning "certificate signed by unknown authority",I tried to config that "noverify=true",but this config in the latest version 1.2.2 doesn't work,I want to skip certificate check,wish for your help,thanks!
