[wiki] missing periods in wiki sententce

Description
It should not be a big deal, but it'd be nicer if we have punctuation marks at the end of the sentences. The bullet points are under the **why not MaxLag** headline in [main wiki](https://github.com/linkedin/Burrow/wiki).
