Research direction

Start by reading the linked Dataproc initialization actions and the Avro2TF usage needed after exporting a BigQuery public-dataset table to Avro. Done means a Dataproc initialization action exists, the BigQuery-to-Avro-to-TF-record example is documented, and the resulting TF records are used to train a model.
