Please publish https://crates.io/crates/prost-validate/versions v0.3.0 (or v0.2.7, no opinion).
Also and as discussed in https://github.com/linka-cloud/prost-validate/pull/18 please publish https://lib.rs/protoc-gen-prostvalidate (how about using the same version number as prost-validate crates?)
