Description
Can't rename the temp downloaded file(/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/xxx/files/source.zip.temp) to the target file(/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/xxx/files/source.zip)
only in Huawei、xiaomi mobile throw this exception，Sumsung、LG normal.
