Description

I have a question, I'm using FileDownloader 1.7.3 and have an issue with some servers that limit the number of connections. I'm using Stetho to look at the connections and it appears to me like FileDownloader is making two requests, one with a range starting at 0 and another with a range starting at a higher number.
Is it trying to download two large chunks of the file at the same time? if it is, can I disable that?

Thanks.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. Start by tracing how FileDownloader 1.7.3 creates ranged requests and compare that behavior with the two connections observed through Stetho; done means documenting whether parallel chunks are intentional and whether a supported option disables them.
