Description
在Android10及以上版本中，下载的文件只能写入到分配给应用的沙盒目录中，沙盒外的目录的不能写入，只能通过SAF获取沙盒外目录的写入权限，但是SAF返回的是一个Uri。什么时候支持Uri呀！
