在下载过程中 卡住了 没有任何回调的信息 过一会还是会慢慢的下载 ？？？？

大佬 想问下
在下载的过程中 比如我有700个文件数据要下载 不大 20多k一个文件
然后在开始下的时候 速度还是挺快的 下载到20-50条记录之间的时候 就卡着不走了 没有回调任何方法
有时那就是完全卡住了 有时是 过一段时间继续下会 然后还是卡住 谢谢 这是什么情况呢？？
